Machair Therapeutics
Group Therapy.
There is something uniquely powerful about coming together with others who are willing to share, listen and grow. While every person's story is different, groups can remind us that we are not alone in our experiences.
I have over 15 years' experience working alongside people in community and charity settings, facilitating groups that create space for reflection, connection and meaningful conversation. This background has shaped my belief that healing doesn't always happen in isolation—it can also happen in relationship with others.
My approach combines psychotherapy with creative and body-based practices where appropriate, creating groups that feel safe, inclusive and accessible. Whether through discussion, reflection or gentle experiential exercises, each group is thoughtfully adapted to the needs of those taking part.
I currently offer bespoke workshops, therapeutic groups, reflective practice sessions and half-day retreats for charities, organisations and community groups.
If you're looking for a facilitator for your team, service or community, I'd be happy to discuss what you're looking for.
I'm also developing a programme of therapeutic groups for women and those who may face financial barriers to accessing support. My hope is to create welcoming spaces where people can connect, reflect and experience the support that comes from healing alongside others.
Details of upcoming groups will be shared here.
