How do you speak to yourself when no one else is there? Do you encourage yourself, or do you tear yourself down?
What does your inner voice say about you? Is it kind, supportive, and compassionate—or critical, fearful, and full of self-doubt?
For many people, that inner voice can feel exhausting. It can hold you back, keep you stuck, and make it hard to trust yourself or move forward with confidence.
If this feels familiar, you are not alone—and you do not have to navigate it by yourself.
I know personally what it is like to live with a harsh inner critic, and I also know that change is possible. This is why I do the work I do.
Through therapy, I can support you to reconnect with your own voice, build self-trust, and create more choice in how you respond to yourself and your life.
I have worked with people of all genders, ages, and backgrounds, and one theme comes up time and time again: the relationship we have with ourselves shapes everything.
When that relationship feels painful, life can feel harder than it needs to be. When it becomes healthier, kinder, and more supportive, real change can happen.
Therapy with me offers a warm, supportive space where you can explore your critical voice, understand where it came from, and begin building a healthier relationship with ALL parts of yourself.
You deserve to be on your own side.
